Spleens tend to be melancholic in temperament, often said to be carrying the weight of the world. They seek the company of others and prefer small confined spaces. Spleens communicate primarily through whispering. The sharing of secrets is a favored pastime, one which very often gives rise to small squabbles. Their bodies are made of hand knit wool, most commonly in shades of red, varying from burgundy to crimson. Faces are made from a mixture of clay, oil paint and wax. Their chief expressions are winsome and concern.
